Neha Rathi is an Advocate-on-Record in Supreme Court of India and has been practicing in the Supreme Court, High Court of Delhi and various Tribunals for over a decade. She has an extensive experience filing and arguing cases pertaining to service law, constitution law, civil law and criminal law. She completed her Masters in Law (LLM) from London School of Economics (UK) in 2012 and LLB from Delhi University. She was appointed Advocate-on-Record by the Supreme Court in 2018.
